What you get, what it costs, and what changes
Do I get the whole platform on the cheapest plan?
Yes. Every plan runs the entire event with Aria: create, invite, manage guests, check in, generate documents, source venues and sell tickets. What the higher plans add is scale, not extra features.
Is there a free plan?
No. Field starts at £49 a month and every plan begins with a 14-day free trial. A card is required to start the trial, and it is not charged until the trial ends.
What is the difference between Field and Pipeline?
Reach. Pipeline lifts the caps: unlimited live events and attendees, 1,800 verified people a month instead of 400, 5,000 invites a week instead of 500, and five connected sources instead of one.
Do the people Aria finds have real contact details?
Yes. Aria only surfaces verified people you can actually reach, and it tells you when it cannot find enough rather than padding the list with guesses.
What do you charge on ticket sales?
No platform fee on any paid plan, so the ticket revenue is yours. Guests pay a 4% booking fee on paid tickets, and a free ticket carries no fee at all.
Can I pay annually?
Yes. Field is £470 a year and Pipeline is £1,910, each billed once. That works out at two months free against paying monthly.
What happens when I reach a limit?
The action stops with a message naming the limit and the plan that lifts it. Nothing fails quietly, and there is no overage charge for going past a cap.
Can I cancel?
Yes, from your account at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and you keep access until then.
