Refund Policy

Last updated:

This policy explains how refunds work for Mingloft subscriptions, and for tickets bought through events on Mingloft.

Mingloft subscriptions

Every plan starts with a 14-day free trial. Nothing is charged during the trial, and if you cancel before it ends you pay nothing.

You can cancel at any time from the Billing page in your account. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period, and you keep access until then.

If you are unhappy with your subscription within 14 days of your first paid billing period, email support@mingloft.com and we will refund that payment in full. After that, subscription payments are not refundable.

Event tickets

Mingloft sells tickets on behalf of event organisers and takes the payment through our payment provider, Stripe. Each organiser decides whether tickets to their event can be refunded, so check with the organiser before you buy.

Organisers cannot issue refunds themselves in Mingloft. If an organiser agrees to refund your ticket, or cancels the event, email support@mingloft.com with your ticket details and we will issue the refund to your original payment method.

Once issued, a refund usually takes 5 to 10 business days to reach your account, depending on your bank or card issuer.

How to request a refund

Email support@mingloft.com with the email address you used, what you are asking to be refunded (your subscription or your ticket and event), and why. We aim to respond within 2 business days.

Disputes

If you believe you have been charged incorrectly, please contact us before starting a chargeback with your bank. We would rather resolve a billing issue with you directly.
